ABOUT
Peter Louca
Hands-On Logistics Experience. Built Through Business.
Peter brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience across importing, manufacturing, warehousing, wholesale distribution and supply chain operations.
Since 2010, Peter has been directly involved in building and operating businesses that rely on efficient logistics to succeed. His experience began with importing branded products from China, managing the movement of numerous 40-foot containers from overseas suppliers through international freight, customs, warehousing and distribution across Australia.
Over the years, Peter has developed extensive practical knowledge of containerised freight, warehouse operations, inventory management, B2B distribution and nationwide delivery.
In 2023, Peter expanded into packaging manufacturing and wholesale, supplying retailers across Australia and further strengthening his experience in high-volume inventory, wholesale distribution and B2B logistics.
In 2025, he co-launched an activewear brand operating across Australian and international markets, providing further experience in global sourcing, importing, warehousing, e-commerce fulfilment and international distribution to markets including the USA, Dubai, Greece and Italy.
At Global Logistics Group, Peter brings this real-world operational experience into the warehouse and wider supply chain. His focus is on ensuring goods are handled efficiently, inventory is managed accurately and customers receive practical logistics solutions that work in the real world.
Peter understands logistics from the perspective of a business owner because he has spent more than 15 years relying on logistics to run and grow businesses of his own.
His experience includes: international sourcing and importing, overseas manufacturing, container logistics, warehousing, inventory management, wholesale and B2B distribution, Australian-wide freight, e-commerce fulfilment and international shipping.

ABOUT
Niki Christodoulides-Skontos
Niki Christodoulides-Skontos brings 24 years of experience across the supply chain and logistics industry, with a strong background in warehousing, distribution, eCommerce fulfilment and supply chain management.
For the past 9 years, Niki has owned and operated her own 3PL warehousing and eCommerce fulfilment businesses, working directly with Australian businesses and growing brands to manage their day-to-day logistics operations.
She has developed particular expertise in Shopify eCommerce fulfilment, supporting online retailers with seamless warehouse integration, inventory management, pick and pack, order fulfilment, dispatch, returns and the operational requirements that come with scaling an eCommerce business.
Beyond 3PL operations, Niki’s experience extends to supply chain consulting and logistics strategy, helping businesses review their existing supply chains, identify inefficiencies and develop practical solutions across warehousing, fulfilment, freight, distribution and inventory management.
Today, Niki combines her knowledge and experience with fellow directors Peter and Joanna to bring Global Logistics Group to the Australian market — providing an end-to-end supply chain management service designed to support businesses at every stage of their logistics journey.
Together, they are building a connected logistics ecosystem where Australian businesses can access warehousing, 3PL, eCommerce fulfilment, freight and distribution, supply chain solutions and value-added services through one trusted partnership.
At the heart of Global Logistics Group is a commitment to personal service. Clients have direct access to the directors, providing a level of accountability, communication and hands-on support that can often be lost within larger logistics organisations.
For Niki, logistics isn’t simply about moving and storing products. It’s about creating a reliable supply chain ecosystem that helps businesses operate more efficiently, deliver a better customer experience and ultimately power business growth.
